Scott S. McBride, 39, Lewiston, failure to register vehicle on Jan. 4, 2008, dismissed.

Paul Eugene McClain, 41, Bath, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 22, 2009, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael G. McCormick, 24, Mechanic Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked, violating condition of release on April 1, 2009, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Gerald M. McNeal, 24, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation, failing to give correct name, address or DOB on April 4, 2009, sent to jury trial.

William Meyers, 46, Harleysville, Pa., operating under the influence-no test, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 1, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $800, license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Dale W. Michaud, 30, Oxford, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on July 22, 2008, found guilty, fined $500.

Carl Michelson, 66, Lisbon, failing to stop, remain, provide information on Feb. 27, 2009, sent to jury trial.

Amy Mileikis, 21, Auburn, representing another’s license or ID as own on Dec. 18, 2008, dismissed.

Valene A. Neumann, 28, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, unlawful use of license on Jan. 29, 2009, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second charge dismissed.
