LEWISTON – Bill and Ching Farace recently picked up an infant incubator along with a van full of medical supplies.

The supplies will be delivered to the Provencial Hospital in the city of Dipolog, the gateway to Western Mindanao, Philippines. The Faraces are with the Renewed Life Mission, which serves the Borongi people in the Mindanao providence.

Those who volunteered to load the van were the Faraces, Elders Roger Poisson and Dan Gosselin of Good News Chapel of Lewiston, John Bernard, trustee of the Auburn Advent Christian Church, and Joseph Whitmore.

Also present was Pastor Ronald Murch of the Auburn Advent Christian Church, who has been working with Pastor Paul Bernard, director of Maine’s Worldwide Missions Outreach Inc. since 1999. Bernard has helped spearhead many loads of supplies into third world countries.
