RUMFORD — Unless otherwise noted, the following will be arraigned Nov. 2 in Rumford District Court:
* Rhonda Breton, 27, Rumford, refusal to sign a summons on charge of illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, 3:38 p.m. Sept. 26 on Oxford Avenue. She was released on $100 unsecured bail.
* John R. Bernard, 31, Rumford, warrant charging unpaid fines on a charge of assault, 9:01 a.m. Sept. 26 on Hancock Street. He was released on $830 cash bail. A court date has yet to be set.
* Nicole Rispoli, 18, Rumford, furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol, 7:48 p.m. Sept. 22 on Waldo Street. She was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
* Allan Hussian, 18, Rumford, furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol, 7:48 p.m. Sept. 22 on Waldo Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
