1946 – 2014
FARMINGTON — Ronald A. Bolduc Sr., 68, of Crash Road, Jay, died Wednesday, Dec. 10, at Franklin Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Lewiston, the son of Normand and Ruth Campbell Bolduc. He was educated in local schools and served his country in the U.S. Navy for two tours in Vietnam.
Ron was employed as a regional manager for the former Bonanza Restaurants until their closing. He later worked as a machine operator at Pioneer Plastics in Auburn. Ron also volunteered for many years at the Good Shepherd Food-Bank.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and barbecuing at family gatherings. Through his life, Ronald always put the needs and wants of others before his own. His giving spirit was his legacy.
He is survived by his mother, Ruth Bolduc Greaton of Jay; a son, Ronald Bolduc and wife, Lisa, of Lewiston; four grandchildren, Mike, LeAnne and Kristi Bolduc and Morgan Harrington; six great-grandchildren, Nevaeh, Aiden and Domenic Fortin, Brooklynn Bolduc, Braydon Pike and Chloe Brett; three stepsisters, Tammy Greaton and husband, Alan Ring, Tina Bailey and Tiffany May; three step-brothers, Tim Greaton and wife, Joan, T.J. Greaton and wife, Becki McGhee, and Ted Greaton; and many nieces and nephews.
