On 05/01 – 12:08 AM, Jill Schnorr, 18, of Dixfield was arrested by Ptl. Brad Gallant on Waldo Street for Operating Under the Influence (OUI). Schnorr, who was additionally charged with Operating Beyond License Restrictions and Illegal Possession of Alcohol by a Juvenile, posted $1000 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 5th.
On 05/01 – 12:16 AM, Thomas Hines, 21, of Peru was charged by Ptl. Brad Gallant on Waldo Street for Indecent Exposure. Hines posted $600 unsecured bail is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on June 7th.
On 05/01 – 5:58 PM, Christopher Upton, 34, Rumford was arrested by Act. Cpl. Donald Miller on Falmouth Street for Criminal Trespass. Upton was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 5th.
On 04/29 – 7:06 AM, Ptl. Hodgson is investigating a Burglary of a Hancock Street business.
On 04/25 – 5:00 PM, Sgt. Maifeld investigate a Theft of a cell phone on Congress Street. Sgt. Maifeld recovered the phone and the victim refused to press charges.
On 04/28 – 10:16 AM, Sgt. Higley investigated a Theft of a school laptop on Rumford Avenue. Estimated loss: $300.
On 04/30 – 2:00 PM, Sgt. Maifeld investigate a Theft of a purse with $140 in cash on Waldo Street. Estimated loss: $165.
