Patrol officers responded to 99 complaints from noon Feb. 20 to midnight Feb. 27.
Feb. 21 at 3:38 p.m. — Derrick Martin, 27, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Sage on Essex Avenue on a fugitive from justice warrant from North Dakota for trafficking in marijuana. Martin was ineligible to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.
Feb. 21 at 7:50 p.m. — David J. Duguay, 25, of Rumford was charged by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Somerset Street with operating after suspension. Duguay is scheduled to appear in court May 8.
Feb. 22 at 8:17 p.m. — Christopher Brown, 29, of Rumford was charged by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Knox Street with leaving the scene of a personal injury crash and failure to report the crash by quickest means. Brown is scheduled to appear in court May 8.
Feb. 22 at 11:35 p.m. — Colleen Slebzak, 29, of Jay was arrested by Patrolman Dave Hodgson on Route 2 on a charge of operating under the influence. Slebzak was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court April 3.
Feb. 24 at 12:15 p.m. — Sgt. James Bernard investigated a theft of $20 from a Kennebec Street residence.
Feb. 24 at 8:37 a.m. — Sgt. James Bernard investigated theft of skis valued at $360 stolen from Black Mountain Ski area.
Feb. 24 at 8:52 p.m. — Patrolman Michael Belanger investigated theft of medication from a Maine Avenue residence.
Feb. 25 at 1:43 p.m. — Cpl. Donald Miller investigated theft of medication from a Congress Street residence.
Jeffrey Hill, 23, of Rumford is wanted on an Oxford County Superior Court warrant for aggravated trafficking schedule W drugs (two counts). The warrant is dated Feb. 23.
