LEWISTON — Sherwood Wallace Bryant, 85, of Turner, died unexpectedly on May 5, at Russell Park Manor.
He was born in Jay, April 5, 1926, the son of Wallace E. and Nettie (Beatham) Bryant. He attended Jay area schools. On May 10, 1945, he married Wilma Proctor in Wilton. Throughout their 64 years of marriage, Sherwood and Wilma were each other’s constant companions.

He and Wilma spent countless hours gardening and enjoyed their flower and vegetable gardens very much.
