They sing of love, family, fish and pleated pants

TEMPLE – The Temple Stream Theater will present Martin Swinger & Elise Witt in concert at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 19. The two performers were founding members of the Theatrical Outfit, an experimental grassroots theater in Atlanta in the late 1970s.

Audience members can expect solo sets from each artist, as well as a set combining Witt’s “Global, Local & Homemade Songs” with Swinger’s “Songs Worth Listening To.” And, they are likely to be invited to sing along sometime during the program.

Both performers are known for their humor and heart, as well as their original songs with such universal and unique themes as love, family, the solar system, spiders, fish, pleated pants and plastic parts.
