PARIS — Grace Baptist Church, 398 Paris Hill Road, South Paris, announces a very special missionary conference with the entire Strout family on Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 27-28.
Larry and Melissa Strout have been missionaries in Argentina for over 40 years and are with Avant Ministries. They will be with us, as well as their sons Kevin and Jason and their families.
Larry and Melissa have been involved in church planting their entire time in Argentina.
Kevin Strout and his wife Marcia, along with their four children, are missionaries to Native Americans in northern Canada with the Northern Canada Evangelical Mission.
Jason and Ita Strout are also serving in Argentina with their three children, along with Larry and Melissa, in church planting.
Larry and Melissa Strout are both native Mainers, Melissa growing up in what is now Grace Baptist Church (formerly Paris Hill Bible Church). Larry’s home church is Lisbon Falls Baptist Church.
The conference will start at 10 a.m. Saturday with a Ladies Tea with Melissa, Marcia and Ita Strout all participating.
A service will take place Saturday night at 6:30 p.m. with several family members participating.
The missionaries will be involved with the Sunday School at 9:30 a.m., the morning service at 10:30 a.m. and the evening service at 6:30 p.m.
An international meal will take place at noon Sunday after church.
The public is invited to all services.
