• Kristopher Daniel Belanger, 26, of 129 Oak St. on a warrant charging failure to pay fine on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, 10:10 p.m. Monday at 106 Oak St.

• Cynthia Renee Graham, 37, of 16 Hillside Lane on a charge of assault, 11:45 p.m. Monday at that address.

• Normand Roland Hamel, 50, of 29 Hogan Road on charges of operating under the influence and failing to obtain driver's license, 12:56 a.m. Tuesday at 13 Homefield St.

• Daniel Brian Bourgoin, 23, of 51 Bridge St. on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 1:27 a.m. Tuesday at 382 Main St.

• Marc J. Chamberlain, 26, of 1 Bradley St. on a charge of violating condition of release, 2:55 a.m. Tuesday at 149 Sabattus St.

• Wei Keung Ng, 37, of Switzerland Road on a warrant, 9:07 a.m. Tuesday at 71 Lisbon St.

• Steven Black, 20, of 391 Lisbon St., on a warrant, 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at 3 Orchard Circle.

Auburn

• Christopher J. McFarland, 22, of 49 Fourth St., on a charge of violation of bail conditions, 1:54 p.m. Tuesday at 66 Main St.

Accidents
Lewiston

• A vehicle driven by Lawrence R. Sadler, 35, of Oxford stuck a parked car owned by Lynn Martin, 35, of Lewiston, 10:40 a.m. Monday on Main Street. Damage to the 2007 Freightliner tractor-trailer driven by Sadler and owned by Penske Truck Leasing Co of Reading, Pa., was estimated at $0; to the 2000 Chevrolet owned by Martin, $2,500.

• A truck driven by Garrett Storer, 22, of Jay struck a parked truck owned by Keith E. Belgard, 44, of Deerfield, N.H., 2 p.m. Monday at 41 Chestnut St. Damage to the 1988 Ford driven by Storer and owned by Geiger Brothers of Lewiston was estimated at $0; to the 2007 Frieghtliner driven by Belgard and owned by Ryder Truck Rental of Dorchester, Mass., $2,000.

• Vehicles driven by Patrick S. Gagnon, 32, of Lewiston, Kathryn J. Beausang, 55, of Greene, and Paul R. Ferland Sr., 57, of Lewiston collided, 3:10 p.m. Monday at 584 Main St. Damage to the 2006 Chevrolet driven by Gagnon and owned by Androscoggin County Sheriff's Department was estimated at $1,500; to Beausang's 2006 Honda, $800; to the 2003 GMC pickup truck driven by Ferland and owned by Hahnel Bros. Co of Lewiston, $2,000.

• Cars driven by Denisa M. Laflamme, 36, of Auburn and Lacey B. Bartlett, 20, of Dixfield collided, 4 p.m. Monday at Cedar and Oxford streets. Damage to Laflamme's 1997 Pontiac was estimated at $1,500; to the 1997 Plymouth driven by Bartlett and owned by Julie L. Hall of Dixfield, $800.

Auburn

• Vehicles driven by Chelsea Dawn, 18, of Auburn, and William Boe-Wiegaard, 23, of Easton, Conn., collided at Hotel and Young's Corner roads at 4:20 p.m. Monday. Damage to the 1997 Saab sedan driven by Dawn and owned by Robin Rockett was estimated at $2,000; damage to the 2003 Honda coupe driven by Boe-Wiegaard and owned by Ingri Boe-Wiegaard at $1,500.

That defintely sounds like someone "in tight" with the police. I wish I could get breaks like that.
