• Matthew Ray Charest, 25, of 159 Pettingill St., operating under the influence, 12:15 a.m. Wednesday on Herbert Street.

• James Anthony Ray, 29, of 11 Sylvan Ave., operating under the influence, 1:39 a.m. Wednesday at 1 Lisbon St.

• Joseph Albert Ruest, 40, of 162 Bartlett St., obstructing report of a crime, 3 a.m. Wednesday at 162 Bartlett St.

• Ronald Allen Teague, 40, of 24 Cottage St., Lewiston, operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended violating conditions of release, at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday at 22 Cottage St.

Auburn

• Deena Kay Powers, 35, of 994 Sabattus St., Lewiston, operating after suspension, 5:10 p.m. Tuesday at 484 Center St.

• Joshua Smith, 18, of 189 Gamage Ave., operating while license suspended or revoked, 5: 21 p.m. Tuesday at Willow and Webster streets.

• Randy Dana Bolduc, 42, of 67 Second St., assault, obstructing report of a crime and trafficking in dangerous knives, 11:08 p.m. Tuesday at that address.

• Thomas J. Coty, 24, of 50 Fairmont St., operating after suspension, 12:25 a.m. Wednesday at Main Street and Laurel Avenue.

• Marie Alice Swearingen, 31, of 117 Sixth St., outstanding warrant, at 12:23 a.m. Wednesday at the same address.

Androscoggin County

Bryan Nason, 22, of 139 North Main St., Mechanic Falls, operating a motor vehicle after suspension and violation of warrants, by the Androscoggin County Sheriff's Department at 11:10 p.m. Tuesday on Pottle Hill Road in Minot.

• Adrian Saavedra, 24, of 78 Bartlett St., Lewiston, warrants alleging solicitation of a child by computer, violations of conditions of release and failure to appear, by the Androscoggin County Sheriff's Department on Wednesday at North Kern State Prison, Delano, Calif.

• Jesse Wilber, 42, of 42 Welches Point Road, East Winthrop, operating a motor vehicle after suspension and violation of bail, by Maine State Police, at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday on Route 202 in Leeds.

Accidents
Lewiston

• Vehicles driven by Christina Gamache, 29, of Lewiston and Louie B. Turcotte Jr., 43, of Lewiston collided, 7:35 a.m. Tuesday at 475 Lisbon St. Damage to Gamache's 2005 Chevrolet SUV was estimated at $1,000; to Turcotte's 1999 Ford van, $1,500.

• Cars driven by Diana M. Cole, 64, of Auburn and James L. Meservier, 37, of Farmington collided, 8:30 a.m. Tuesday on Main Street. Damage to the 2001 Ford driven by Cole and owned by Daniel E. Cole was estimated at $1,200; to Meservier's 2003 Mazda, $1,000.

• Cars driven by Maurice L. Fortier, 72, of Turner and Alta M. Rogers, 83, of Auburn collided, 8:35 a.m. Tuesday on Russell Street. Damage to Fortier's 2002 Toyota was estimated at $7,000; to Rogers' 2000 Ford, $2,000. Both cars were towed.

• A car driven by Therese M. Michaud, 85, of Lewiston, struck a parked car owned by Zita Bolduc, 75, of Lewiston, 12:50 p.m. Tuesday at 27 Bartlett St. Damage to Bolduc's 2003 Toyota was estimated at $1,200; to the 1999 Buick driven by Michaud and owned by Daughters of Wisdom of Lewiston, $1,000.

• Vehicles driven by Paul R. Dehetre, 37, of Wilton and Jocelyne B. Rancourt, 53, of Auburn collided, 6 p.m. Tuesday at Pine and Bartlett streets. Damage to the 2005 Ford van driven by Dehetre and owned by Maine Overnight of Portland was estimated at $500; to Rancourt's 2004 Toyota, $2,000.
