• Anthony Paul Palmer, 42, of 302 Pleasant St., violating condition of release, 8:15 p.m. Wednesday at 32 Horton St.

• Dana Ian Whitmore, 30, of 172 Spring St., disorderly conduct, 12:45 a.m. Thursday at 253 Lincoln St.

Auburn

• Brian Paul Cabral, 28, of 971 Washington St., violating condition of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 10:32 p.m. Wednesday at that address.

• Joshua Glenn Allen, 24, of 63 Pleasant St., operating under the influence, 12:40 a.m. Thursday at 211 Court St.

Androscoggin County

• Ernest Terrio, 35, of 1660 Riverside Drive, Auburn, sheriff's department, driving with a suspended license, 7:45 p.m. Wednesday at that address.

• Anthony Butts, 18, of 115 Tiger Hill Road, Poland, sheriff's department, warrant, theft and refusing to submit to arrest, 9:57 p.m. Wednesday at 971 Washington St., Auburn.

• Martin Vining, 37, of 46 Park St., Livermore Falls, Livermore Falls police, aggravated drug trafficking, 9 p.m. Wednesday at that address.

• Joshua Ethridge, 21, of 252 Shaw Hill Road, Minot, Maine State Police, warrant, driving with a suspended license, 6:50 p.m. Thursday at that address.

• Amanda Wellito, 18, of 252 Shaw Hill Road, Minot, Maine State Police, domestic assault, 6:50 p.m. Thursday at that address.

Accidents
Lewiston

• A car driven by Sadie A. Landry, 29, of Lewiston crashed into a utility pole, 3:55 p.m. Wednesday at 430 East Ave. Damage to the 1998 Audi driven by Landry and owned by Jason R. Landry was estimated at $2,500.

• Vehicles driven by Brandon R. Girardin, 19, of Lewiston and Linda J. Cassidy, 47, of Minot collided, 4:25 p.m. Wednesday at Cedar and Oxford streets. Damage to the 1998 Mitsubishi driven by Girardin and owned by Jaurier R. Fortin of Lewiston was estimated at $1,500; to Cassidy's 2001 Dodge SUV, $800.

Auburn

• Vehicles driven by Erwin G. Heath, 79, of Greene and Susan A. Bryant, 63, of Sumner collided at 11:20 a.m. Wednesday on Center Street. Damage to Heath's 2001 Dodge pickup truck was estimated at $6,000; to Bryant's 2000 Honda SUV, $5,000. Both vehicles were towed.
