The story on Chesnel harrasing his neighbors with his pitbull is fictitous. I live a couple of buildings down from there and walk my dog thru there every day. I im not willing to vouch for Chesnel's character but his dog is actually one of the friendliest dogs I've come accross. My dog is about 13 lbs when ever he goes by there Mr chesnels dog lies down so my dog will approach to play.
