RUMFORD - Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned Jan. 8 in Rumford District Court:

• Jason Kehrer, 30, of Mexico, operating after suspension, 7:30 p.m. Oct. 27 on Congress Street. He was released on personal recognizance bail.

• Jeremy Perry, 36, Norway, operating under the influence (third offense), possession of a Schedule Z drug, and operating without a license, 12:15 p.m. Oct. 27 on Maine Avenue. He was released on $20,000 real estate bail and will be arraigned March 20 in Oxford County Superior Court in Paris.

• Daniel Skidgell, 36, Dixfield, operating under the influence, 1:47 a.m. Oct. 27 on Main Street in Mexico. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.

• Justin Merchant, 19, Bryant Pond, Franklin County warrant charging criminal trespass, 6:10 p.m. Oct. 26 on Rumford Avenue. He was released on $200 cash bail. An arraignment date will be set in Farmington District Court.

• Aaron Griffin, 20, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 1:20 p.m. Oct. 21 on Rumford Avenue. He was released on $300 unsecured bail and will be arraigned Dec. 4 in Rumford District Court.

Incident

• Tire slashings were reported on the morning of Oct. 28 by two Cumberland Street residents. Damage to three tires was estimated at $300. Police had no suspects as of Tuesday. It's believed the damage occurred between 10 p.m. on Oct. 27 and 8 a.m. on Oct. 28.
