Blog it: Serious Eats
By Wendy Zang

In the writers' own words "Serious Eats is a food blog focused on sharing food enthusiasm through online conversation, blogs, and video. Our combination of community and content brings together compelling original and acquired food video and spirited, inclusive discussion about all things food-related." And really, what's not to love about that?
The blog, at www.seriouseats.com, was started by food writer Ed Levine ("New York Eats," "New York Eats (More)," and stories on the pages of the New York Times, Gourmet, Bon Appetit and others) as a "homebase for passionate and discerning food lovers."
Recent posts from Levine and his staff touch on Fluff-Filled Chocolate Madeleines, holiday gift ideas, Iberico Ham, quick pasta and peas dinner, "The Bacon Cookbook," and a latke sandwich.
It's a beautifully put-together blog - easy to follow, visually appealing - with food writing that makes your stomach rumble.
Ultimately, Serious Eats (www.seriouseats.com) is a must-click for all food lovers.
