Lewiston

• Ralph F. Franklin Black, 43, of 190 Whitney St., Auburn, on a charge of driving after suspension, 11:53 p.m. Wednesday at 115 Pine St.

• Donald Robert Bouthot, 47, of 71 Warren Ave., on charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, violating condition of release and criminal forfeiture of property, 6:51 p.m. Wednesday at 157 Montello St.

• Katherine Marie Holt, 22, of 3 Bartlett St., on a probation hold and charges of disorderly conduct, terrorizing and failure to provide correct name, address and date of birth, 4:15 a.m. Thursday at 3 Bartlett St.

• Mark Conner, 23, of 64 Oxford St., on charges of driving with a suspended license and failure to stop for police, 8:35 p.m. Wednesday at Horton and Pine streets.

• Beth Dow, 25, of Ward Circle, Casco, on a charge of speeding more than 30 mph over the posted limit, 10:27 p.m. Wednesday on Lisbon Street.

• Patrick Moreau, 39, of 3 Suncrest Ave., on a charge of driving with a suspended license, 10:47 p.m. Wednesday on College Street.

• George Palmer, 49, of 129 Pierce St., on a warrant charging driving without a license, 8:18 a.m. Thursday at that address.

• Steve Anctil, 20, of 15 Howe St., on charges of criminal mischief and violating bail, 9:43 a.m. Thursday at that address.

• Heather Ray, 22, of 15 Howe St., on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief, 9:48 a.m. Thursday at that address.

• Shane LaGrange, 26, of 160 Webber Ave., on charges of assault, criminal threatening, obstructing the report of a crime and criminal restraint, 11:14 a.m. Thursday at that address.

• Anthony Dipierro, 27, of 61 Nichols St., on a warrant, 5:57 p.m. Thursday in Lisbon.

Auburn

• Bryan Stamant, 44, of 81 Broad St., on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked, 8:09 a.m. Tuesday at 296 Main St.

• Gary Pucciarelli, 40, of 112 Elmere St., Wells, on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation, 11:02 p.m. Wednesday at 600 Center St.

• Scott R. Clifford, 22, of 164 Holland St., Lewiston, on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked, 12:40 a.m. Thursday at 95 Spring St.

• Travis R. Therrien, 26, of 17 Sedgley Road, Greene, on charges of violating condition of release, criminal trespass and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, 12:46 a.m. Thursday at 213 Seventh St.

Androscoggin County

• Stacey Desrosiers, 38, of 155 Sanders Road, Livermore, arrested by Maine State Police on a charge of criminal mischief, 11:07 a.m. Thursday at that address.

Accidents

Lewiston

• Cars driven by Robert L. Descoteaux Jr., 23, of Lewiston and Kristy L. Eaton, 20, of Lewiston collided, 7:20 a.m. Tuesday on Dow Avenue. Damage to Descoteaux's 2005 Nissan was estimated at $2,000; to Eaton's 2007 Toyota, $2,300.

• Vehicles driven by Cheryl Davis, 49, of Lewiston and Irving B. Colburn, 24, of South Paris collided, 11:50 a.m. Tuesday on East Avenue. Damage to the 1998 Ford driven by Davis and owned by Erica E. Davis of West Farmington was estimated at $1,500; to Colburn's 1998 Nissan, $1,000.

Auburn

• Vehicles driven by Tony P. St. Pierre, 19, of Auburn and Michael S. Manifold, 35, of Lewiston collided, 4:50 p.m. Tuesday on Spring Street. Damage to the 2000 Saab driven by St. Pierre and owned by Donna M. St. Pierre of Auburn was estimated at $1,500; to Manifold's 1994 pickup truck, $1,500.

• A car driven by Janice J.B. Gagnon, 37, of Auburn struck a snowbank, 7:25 a.m. Tuesday on Beech Hill Road. Damage to the 2004 Chevrolet driven by Gagnon and owned by Kevin Gagnon of Auburn was estimated at $2,500. It was towed.

• Cars driven by Brittany R. Day, 19, of Mechanic Falls and Audra E. Wrigley, 20, of Oakland collided, 6:50 a.m. Tuesday on Minot Avenue. Damage to the 1994 Honda driven by Day and owned by Lesley A. Day of Mechanic Falls was estimated at $1,000; to the 2001 Chevrolet driven by Wrigley and owned by Timothy J. Wrigley of Oakland, $2,500. It was towed.

well well well you would think that mr. bouthot would have learned before now that it is time to change... well i guess the patrons of the derby can go there and have a drink without having to see him in there selling his s**t in front of them
