• Jacob Henry Gosselin, 27, of 116 Third St., Auburn, fugitive from justice, on Friday at 7:51 p.m. at 977 Sabattus St.

• Mark J Raczynski, 18, of 300 Johnson Road, Auburn, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor, at 12 a.m. on Saturday at 516 Pleasant St.

• Thomas Gerard Morin, 44, of 17 Wilson St., Lewiston, warrant at 12:02 a.m. on Saturday at the same address.

• Richard Donald Rivard, 21, of Virginia Beach, Va., operating after suspension at 1:43 a.m. on Saturday at 151 Main St.

Accidents
Auburn

• A five-axle semi, owned by Schneider National Carriers, of Gary, Ind., and being driven by Cereal G. Butts, 51, of Heartland, sideswiped a pickup parked in the Irving Maineway on Washington Street at 10:19 a.m. Friday. The pickup, a 1995 red Datsun/Nissan, owned by Ira R. Andrews, 52, of Buckfield, sustained $4,500 in damage. No damage was done to the semi.

• A black 2003 Honda being driven by Ryan Ouellette, 26, of Lewiston, hit a truck while passing it on the right. The three-axle International semi, owned by CJ Transportation of Rosemont, Ill., and operated by Andre Rivera, 33, of Springfield Mass., was making a wide swing into the McDonald's exit in Auburn at 12:05 a.m. on Saturday and did not see Ouellette's car approaching. There was $200 damage done to the semi, $3,000 damage to the Honda.
