Home Ownership Center formed

Monday, March 31, 2008

SOUTH PARIS - In an effort to make the process of buying a home a little less daunting, to better educate potential home buyers, and to provide lending services to Androscoggin, Oxford and Franklin County residents, Community Concepts has formed the HomeQuest Home Ownership Center at 10 Market Square.

Comprised of a team of licensed real estate agents, lending professionals, credit counselors and home-buyer educators, the center is dedicated to assisting potential and current homeowners. Prior to meeting with a HomeQuest real estate agent, potential homeowners can attend a nationally approved home-buyer education class, meet with a credit counselor or pre-qualify for a mortgage through the Community Concepts Financial Corp.

According to Dennis Lajoie, director of real estate and subsidiary operations at Community Concepts, the HomeQuest Home Ownership Center enables Community Concepts to expand its offerings in the tri-county area.

For more information on the HomeQuest Home Ownership Center, call 739-2794 or 1-866-221-4383.
