AUBURN - Girard and Joanne Beaulieu of Smithfield are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Chelsea Beaulieu of Westbrook, to Nicholas Wallingford of Westbrook, son of Peter and Denise Wallingford of Auburn.

Miss Beaulieu is a 2003 graduate of Skowhegan Area High School and a 2007 graduate of the University of Southern Maine. She is employed at Legacy Publishing Company.

Mr. Wallingford is a 2001 graduate of Edward Little High School and is employed at Time Warner Cable.

A spring 2009 wedding is planned.
