When Ryan Booker of Lisbon Falls was young, his father took him to the annual Beaver Park Fishing Derby in Lisbon. On Sunday, he took his 3-year-old son Mason to the 22nd annual event for the first time. Despite the driving cold rain, they had fun. Nearly 60 kids participated in the event that was sponsored by the Lisbon Conservation Commission and Beaver Park.

Great story and it's nice to see dads and sons fishing the old fashion way, "together".
