• David Lawrence Harris, 27, of 46 Knox St., on a warrant, 8:09 a.m. Wednesday at that address.

• Jeremy Wilbur, 26, 16 Hillside Lane, on a charge of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, 4:20 p.m. Wednesday at that address.

• Erika Leigh Strout, 20, of 143 Oak St., on a charge of assault, 6:10 p.m. Wednesday at 148 College St.

• Margaret Greenough Hunter, 48, of 1056 Lisbon St., on a warrant, 10 p.m. Wednesday at 1610 Lisbon St.

• Fallon Marie Delorenzo, 22, of 63 Fifth St., Auburn, on charges of violating condition of release and disorderly conduct, 11:25 p.m. Wednesday at 100 Pierce St.

• Garald Roger Lapierre, 46, of 99 Ash St., on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked, 1 a.m. Thursday at 62 Bartlett St.

Auburn

• Stacey Lee Desrosiers, 37, of 155 Sanders Road, Livermore, on a warrant, 2:26 Thursday at 571 Washington St.

• Christine Marie Gilleland, 21, of 32 Poland Road, on charges of violation of bail conditions and two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 11:43 a.m. Tuesday at Goff and Hampshire streets.

Androscoggin County

• David Robinson, 18, of 506 Woodman Road, Minot, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff's Department on a charge of disorderly conduct, 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Poland Regional High School.

• Nicholas David, 20, of 62 Pine Valley Drive, Canaan, arrested by Maine State Police on a charge of disorderly conduct, 11:41 a.m. Wednesday on the Maine Turnpike in Lewiston.

Accidents
Lewiston

• Cars driven by Elise N. McConnell, 23, of Lisbon and Normand Fontaine, 82, of New Durham collided, 2:40 p.m. Saturday on Pleasant Street. Damage to McConnell's 2008 Mitsubishi was estimated at $6,000; to Fontaine's 2008 Toyota, $3,000. Both cars were towed.

Auburn

• Vehicles driven by Arthur G. Mclean, 72, of Lisbon Falls and Muriel G. Johnson, 79, of Lewiston collided, 11:50 a.m. Wednesday on Center Street. Damage to Mclean's 2006 Chrysler van was estimated at $1,750; to Johnson's 2000 Mercury, $750.

At 79 and 82 these people shouldn't be driving anyway unless they have recently taken a full drivers test and have been examined by a state instructor.

BRUCE: How do you KNOW that both drivers had not been given road tests before the accident? Who are you to judge a person's ability to drive? At least these two "old" drivers don't go around speeding excessively, driving drunk and killing people! Get a life, BRUCE.
