LEWISTON - The following cases were recently heard in 8th District Court.

Donald Hardy, 33, Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked, April 22, 2007, filed no contest, fined $100.

Ryan Hartford, 22, Lewiston, three counts of criminal trespass, Dec. 9, 2006, found guilty of all charges, sentenced to six days.

Timothy Harvell, 40, Lewiston, criminal trespass, Aug. 17, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days.

Michael Harvey, 28, Auburn, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, cultivating marijuana, Jan. 2, 2008, sent to jury trial.

Crystal Haskell, 21, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, June 23, 2007, found guilty, fined $100, ordered to pay $80 restitution.

Gretchen Hatch, 35, Lewiston, disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, Nov. 29, 2007, found guilty, fined $75.

William Hazard, 40, Waterville, assault, Nov. 23, 2007, sent to jury trial.

Billy Helms, 51, Livermore Falls, operating after registration suspended, Oct. 1, 2007, found guilty, fined $150.

Heather Hemminger, 19, Livermore Falls, minor transporting liquor, Dec. 31, 2007, offense committed, fined $200.

Benjamin Herlihy, 23, Turner, failure to provide and display registration, Jan. 20, 2008, offense committed, fined $100.

Justin Hinkley, 18, Turner, operating vehicle without license, Oct. 17, 2007, found guilty, fined $100.

Chris Hitchcock, 21, Auburn, possession of marijuana, Jan. 1, 2008, by default, fined $350.

Normand Hodgdon, 35, Auburn,operating under the influence with one prior, Jan. 22, 2008, found guilty, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, license suspended 18 months, registration suspended.

Michael Holden, 26, Lewiston, assault, March 1, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to 30 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Jessica Howard, 25, Sabattus, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Aug. 12, 2007, filed with no cost.

Travis Howard, 34, Lisbon Falls, assault, violating condition of release, Jan. 30, 2008, first charge found guilty, fined $300; second charge found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Willard Howard, 25, St. Steven, possession of marijuana, Dec. 1, 2007, by default, fined $350.

Jason Hussey, 28, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked with prior, Feb. 5, 2008, found guilty, fined $500.

Oliver Hyer, 29, Lewiston, assault, Dec. 2, 2007, found guilty, fined $300.

Kafia Ibrahim, 21, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, Nov. 26, 2007, found guilty, fined $250.

Joel Iler, 35, Lewiston, violating protective order, Aug. 23, 2007, sent to jury trial.

Wayne Ivy, 45, Lewiston, operating under the influence-no test, one prior, operating while license suspended or revoked, Dec. 2, 2007, first charge found guilty, fined $900, sentenced to 12 days, license suspended 18 months, registration suspended; second charge found guilty, fined $250.

Harrison Jackson, 23, Auburn, assault, Aug. 27, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to 90 days, probation partially revoked.

David Jellison, 39, Auburn, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, Oct. 26, 2007, first charge dismissed, second charge offense committed, fined $350.

Peter Jenkis, 37, Auburn, assault, reckless conduct, Sept. 27, 2007, first charge dismissed, second charge found guilty, fined $100.

Brandon Jennings, 22, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked with prior, Feb. 27, 2008, found guilty, fined $500.

Adam Jordan, 28, Lewiston, assault, criminal trespass, harassment by telephone criminal mischief, Nov. 9, 2007, sent to jury trial.

Eugene Jordan, 30, Lewiston, operating unregistered snowmobile, Dec. 29, 2007, by default, fined $100.

Robert Jordan, 29, Lewiston, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, Dec. 1, 2007, found guilty, fined $75.

Adam Judkins, 21, Auburn, minor possessing liquor, Jan. 19, 2008, offense committed, fined $200.

Kerry Keith, 52, Auburn, operating under the influence, Sept. 25, 2007, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days. Kevin Keizer, 43, Cushing, rule violation, operation 11 hour rule, Nov. 12, 2007, found guilty, fined $250.

Alan Kelley, 26, Lewiston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, Oct. 15, 2007, dismissed.

Nathan Kelley, 24, Greene, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, unlawful use of license, Nov. 19, 2007, first charge found guilty, fined $400; second charge found guilty, fined $50, suspended, fined $50.

Wayne King Jr., 28, Waldoboro, assault, Jan. 31, 2008, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 180 days all but two days suspended, probation two years.

Brandyn Knight, 18, Turner, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Jan. 8, 2008, found guilty, fined $100.

Scott Knoll, 39, Lewiston, violating protective order, Feb. 18, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to 180 days all but five suspended, probation one year.

Matthew Kohler, 18, Standish, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, Oct. 2, 2007, dismissed.

Jessica Kuvaja, 26, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked with prior, Nov. 23, 2007, found guilty, fined $600.

Dale Labbe, 29, Mechanic Falls, assault, violating condition of release, Aug. 2, 2007, dismissed.

John Labbe, 27, Auburn, assault, June 25, 2005, probation violation, sentenced to seven days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Robert Labelle, 41, assault, criminal mischief, Dec. 17, 2007, sent to jury trial.

Amie Lagasse, 23, Lewiston, operating under the influence, Dec. 30, 2007, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours, license suspended 90 days.

Richard Lambert, 47, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked, Feb. 1, 2008, found guilty, fined $250.

Alicia Lapaz, 24, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, misuse of identification, forgery, July 30, 2007, first charge found guilty, fined $200, ordered to pay $500 restitution; second and third charge dismissed.

Stephen Lessard, 42, Greene, assault, violating condition of release, Jan. 23, 2008, sent to jury trial.

Cynthia MacLean, 50, Stratton, operating after registration suspended, operating while license suspended or revoked, Jan. 24, 2008, first charge found guilty, fined $100; second charge found guilty, fined $250.

James Marshall, 47, Lewiston, failure to register vehicle, violating condition of release, Feb. 9, 2008, first charge dismissed; second charge found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Benjamin Martin, 31, Lisbon, operating unregistered snowmobile, Jan. 6, 2008, offense committed, fined $100.

James Mazerolle, 33, Lisbon Falls, operating under the influence, Nov. 29, 2007, operating under the influence, Nov. 29, 2007, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Craig McCann, 19, Turner, four counts of night hunting, two counts of antlerless deer without permit; first charge found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to three days; second charge found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to three days; third, fourth, firth, sixth charges dismissed.

Joshua McCarthy, 21, Freeport, unlawful possession of schedule drug, 21, Nov. 9, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to 10 days.

Jesse McGehee, 26, Lewiston, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, Jan. 19, 2008, found guilty, fined $100.

Amy McGinty, 26, Lewiston, disorderly conduct, June 29, 2007, found guilty, fined $200.

Darren McGinty, 48, Livermore Falls, disorderly conduct, June 29, 2007, dismissed.

Christopher McLaughlin, 28, Turner, unlawful use of license, operating while license suspended or revoked with prior, June 6, 2007, first charge dismissed; second charge found guilty, fined $500.

Joshua McLaughlin, 19, Lewiston, operating under the influence, Dec. 20, 2007, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

John Medeiros, 24, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Jan. 2, 2008, found guilty, fined $100.
