NORWAY - Norway Savings Bank announces that Vicky Libby has accepted the position of vice president and loan servicing manager. She will work out of the bank's main office in Norway.

Libby has more than 18 years of banking experience, with an expertise in loan servicing. In her most recent position at another financial institution, she was responsible for building a department of system analysts that provided support and reporting to the bank's various business lines, and was instrumental in leading bank conversions. As the loan servicing manager at Norway Savings, she will oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of the loan servicing department for commercial and consumer loans.

Libby completed studies in banking from the American Institute of Banking and V-Tec.

She is working toward a certificate in project management from the University of Maine. She serves on the church board and worship team of her church.
