Recipe for Lemonade Float

,
Sunday, May 11, 2008

This bracingly tart and chilly lemonade is perfect for a steamy day. For a creamy version, use vanilla ice cream instead of lemon sherbet. Lime sherbet also would be a nice alternative.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons powdered lemonade mix

Ice (optional)

1¼ cups seltzer water

1/3 to ½ cup lemon sherbet

Lemon wedges, for garnish

Method:
