American Legion to install officers
Wednesday, May 14, 2008
Post 22, American Legion, will hold its last meeting before the summer break at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 15, at the Multi-Purpose Center, 145 Birch St.
Installation of officers will be held and past commanders of the post will be honored.
Scholarships will be awarded by Adjutant Jerry DerBoghosian. Guest speaker will be State Sen. Peggy Rotundo. A buffet will be served by Vice Commander Ray Allen and Post 22 Auxiliary members Louise Allen and Sally Dumont.
All members with paid-up 2008 membership cards are invited. Members are reminded to bring their caps to wear for the yearly photograph.
