I think they need to send him to Sheriff Joe to live in "tent city" Arizona under 115 degree weather, no air conditioning, NO FRILLS and out in the open with the rest of the population. That would certainly wipe that arrogant smirk from his face. Let him play with the REAL BIG BOYS. Instead they will keep him here, pamper his sorry $^#*@&^@* and let him get off with a lighter sentence for his "poor childhood. We all have issues in life, that doesn't mean we go around maming people and terrorizing children. Message to this punk 'Your playing the big boys ball game now kid, get your bat and glove because on that ball field your are going to need it".

Last week, I was hesitant to rush to judgement with what few facts we were given about this crime. This past weekend I spoke with several of the Gurrette's neighbors who revealed many facts about the home invasion that the police and the media have not shared with the general public. There is nothing our criminal justice system can do to these depraved sub-human creatures (scumbag is too nice a word for them) that would fit the crime. Even the death penalty would be too lenient. Helga, you were right. I think puting him back into the general population would be a good start. But I think justice would be better served if they put him in a room with four guys armed with machetes and let them hack HIM into ity bity pieces.

I think that this guy is the scum of the earth. To do that sort of thing and hurt and innocent little girl is just cruel. He should be charged with more then just elevated aggrevated assault. Attempted MURDER is to charge him with and that carries a larger sentence 25 to life I believe without the possibility of parole. A definite Scumbag if I have ever seen one. Rot in jail you idiot!!!

If this guy had already been tried and convicted, I'd feel very little sympathy for him. Considering that he is awaiting trial, consider me one non-liberal who thinks that he still deserves to have his day in court, and not be beaten to death in prison before that time.
