Heidi's Brooklyn Deli, 600 Turner St., Auburn, had its official ribbon cutting ceremony recently. Attending were, from left, Trisha Fletcher, chairwoman of the Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce; Matthew Tribou, son of owner Michele and her husband, Michael; Erin Begay, manager; and Auburn Mayor John Jenkins. The deli is open Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m.-9 p.m., and Sundays, 10 a.m.-8 p.m., and can be reached at 784-3434. |
