FMH to host nursing conference

FARMINGTON - The Ben Franklin Center at Franklin Memorial Hospital will host a nursing conference titled "Magnetizing Your Work Environment" on Friday, Sept. 26, featuring keynote speaker Gail Wolf. The program will take place from 8 a.m. to noon in the Bass Room.
Wolf is the coordinator of the Nursing Leadership program and a faculty member at the University of Pittsburgh. Her research includes organizational dynamics and team development and systems. Wolf's presentation will: define the four development levels of team; discuss methods for dealing with difficult people within teams; and discuss the forces of magnetism that are important at each team level. There will be time for questions and answers.
Tuition fee is $50 and includes the program, continuing education credits and refreshments. There will be no charge for Franklin Community Health Network employees.
