Sterling joins bank's board

AUBURN - Allen T. Sterling, president and CEO of Auburn Savings Bank, has been elected to the Board of Directors of Auburn Savings Bank FSB and its parent company, Auburn Bancorp Inc.

Sterling, a native of Bingham, has been president of Auburn Savings Bank FSB since 1996. He is a graduate of Valley High School (1971) and a 1986 graduate of Thomas College in Waterville.

Sterling is also a graduate of the National School of the Maine-New Hampshire School of Banking as well as the National Executive Graduate School of Banking. He is active in area organizations and resides with his family in Lewiston.
