Friday, October 10, 2008
PORTLAND (AP) - Ralph Nader has opened a campaign office in Maine.
Nader, a consumer advocate and perennial presidential candidate, has opened an office in downtown Portland. His campaign says it is one of 22 offices being opened nationwide as part of its get-out-the-vote effort.
Nader is on ballots in Maine and 44 other states. He is running as an independent with Californian Matt Gonzalez as his running mate. |
