Tea and talk to save bells


A Pink Ribbon Tea and Talk will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, at the Foss Mansion, 19 Elm St., Auburn, and at 6 p.m. the same day at Auburn City Hall, 60 Court St.,  in an effort to save the Paccard Foundry Bells of St. Louis Church. Auburn Economic Development Specialist Alan S. Manoian will give a visual presentation on the history, heritage and future economic development potential of the bells of St. Louis Church, which were cast in 1915 at the Paccard Bell Foundry of Annecy, France.
