Teen charged in fatal N.H. accident

GREENLAND, N.H. (AP) – Authorities charged a Newmarket teen with vehicular assault for his role in a fatal accident last year.

Joshua Early, 17, was a driver in a three-car accident last August that killed David Bourassa of Greenland.

Court documents allege Early drove carelessly and did not consider road conditions.

Early’s car rear-ended Bourassa’s car, pushing it into oncoming traffic on Route 33, where it was hit by another vehicle. Bourassa was Greenland’s road agent.
