Theresa Beal Creamer


AUBURN – Theresa Beal Creamer, 87, of Auburn, died on Sunday, Dec. 31.

She was born in Lewiston, Jan. 14, 1919, a daughter of the late Clarence and Virginia Beal of Greene. She lived in Greene and attended schools there, graduating from Edward Little High School in Auburn in 1936. She married Paul Spofford Creamer, who predeceased her in 1983.

Her artistic and creative talents were shown in the 47 years she worked as a floral designer with local florists. She was a member of the Court Street Baptist Church, where she had many friends.

She will be remembered as a kind, thoughtful and loving person whose most favorite title in life was Nanny to her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She is survived by a son, Donald Creamer of Windham, and his wife, Sharon; a daughter, Sandra Nolin of Orange Park, Fla.; a brother, Kelson Seward of Ocala, Fla., and his wife, Virginia; two sisters, Beverly Burdwood of Princeton, N.J. and Carol Couture of Palm Bay, Fla.; a sister-in-law, Gerri Beal, widow of Clay Beal of Hood River, Ore.; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; plus several nieces, nephews and cousins.
