Trip to Branson scheduled


LEWISTON — An informational meeting about a trip to Branson, Mo., will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 11, in the cafeteria at the Multi-Purpose Center, and again at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 28, in the Senior Room at the Multi-Purpose Center.

All are welcome to join Bert Dutil and the Lewiston Seniors as they travel to Branson from Nov. 2 to 6. In Branson, the Christmas season begins Nov. 1. The holiday oasis was recently recognized as a Top 100 Event in North America by the American Bus Association. In recent years, USA Today, A&E Network and the Wall Street Journal have all recognized the Branson area as an outstanding holiday vacation for the entire family.

During the trip, participants will see nine Christmas themed shows, millions of holiday lights, outdoor events and attractions and the hospitality of the Ozarks. The package also includes round trip air transportation, four nights stay at the Lodge of the Ozarks, breakfast everyday, dinner each night, and all taxes and fees.
