Trooper charges Auburn man with operating after revocation

TURNER — An Auburn man was arrested last month on felony charges, including operating after revocation, after a traffic stop by Maine State Police at an Irving gas station on Route 4.

Michael Bailey, 46, of Auburn was driving a 1999 GMC pickup truck when he was pulled over at 8 p.m. Dec. 29 at the Irving station, according to state police Trooper Eric Paquette.

Paquette confirmed that Bailey had a revoked license and habitual offender status, three convictions for operating after suspension, three convictions for operating after revocation and five for operating under the influence.

Already out on two separate conditions of release, Bailey was charged again with violating conditions of release and operating after revocation, which are felonies, according to Paquette.
