Two hurt in Durham crash

DURHAM — Two drivers were injured Wednesday afternoon in a collision at Pinkham Brook and Quaker Meetinghouse roads, Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Capt. Ray Lafrance said.

He identified the drivers as Nicole Paspre, 28, of Wakefield, R.I., and Patricia Saba, 52, of North Hampton, N.H.

Lafrance said Paspre was driving north on Pinkham Brook Road and Saba was driving east from Quaker Meetinghouse Road across Pinkham Brook Road where their vehicles collided at 2 p.m.

Paspre suffered a neck injury and was transported to a Brunswick hospital by Durham Rescue. Saba complained of pain but was not transported, Lafrance said.

Paspre’s 2010 Toyota Tacoma truck was demolished; Saba’s 2011 Chevrolet Equinox had an estimated $10,000 in damage, Lafrance said.

No charges were filed.
