Well hotraud - the real world facts of the matter is that the SMH ER has prepared for exactly this situation. It is reasonable to do so whenever an area's population doubles.
I did NOT say that all concert attendees are or will be "hardcore drugs users" sooo....YOU HOLD IT A COTTON PICKIN' MINUTE!!....don't "stereotype" realist comments as an attack!!!

So why not have the farmers sign a similar agreement with the food bank prior to being allowed to pick up waste food?
