Would title insurance pay the costs involved in this matter? Doesn't seem fair, the was land was surveyed within the past 20 years as I recall from a prior article. It's terrible to admit that it's easier to pay and go along with what you're told than to fight for what is just and right.

The dog must be on a leash or under verbal control, since most dogs are like kids and tend not to listen sometimes I would say it's a safer bet to keep your dog on a leash. Why risk the liability and your dogs life if something goes wrong and they end up biting someone. I love and trust my dog, but she is an animal with animal instincts.

The story didn't give any information as to the cause of the accident, you're assuming it was the fault of the deceased driver. Maybe the other driver was speeding, we won't know until the investigation is completed. Sorry you suffered some type of trama from a relatives accident, but I don't believe you are qualified to determined who is at fault and you really should keep your opinions to yourself. My sympathies to the Bacon family.
