We have a governor that only a third of the voting constituency supported, which is a very small percentage of the population in Maine. And now, we are stuck with a crass, abrasive individual as our governor. One who speaks, in public, like a teenager. One who doesn't have the guts to attend debates. I am mortified that this man is our governor and that the nation will look askance at our great state. I beg that his abhorent behavior does not reflect on those of us who knnow right from wrong and are committed to the good of all.
Seriously, how can anyone justify voting for this man when he doesn't have the guts to stand and debate his opponents? Is this leadship? Is this what Maine needs? How can he effect change if he is unwilling to face a challenge?
Why should we vote republican? Why not vote for the right person? Why not actually take some time to really think through the issues, make educated choices and exercise our righhts as thinking comitted Americans. It's not abot the parties, it's about the issues. Many of the issues would resolve themselves if people would take the time to EDUCATE themselves........................

Why should we vote republican? Why not vote for the right person?
