This of course means that the Sun Journal is protecting a prominent Wilton family or one of their buddies. Is this how Rosa is spending the 25.5 Million dollar grant she received from the Feds? Cause she certainly hasn't spent any on fixing her apartments like she was supposed to do. It would be nice if the Sun Journal could ask her about her properties, Ethel Walton House and Hazel Thompson apartments. She won't listen to the tenants, so it is time for some real investigative journalism. She had best prepare an answer before April 29 when she will be asked to answer this question of impropriety, at the very least.
