It's incredible how quickly accidents happen. So many people that have never been in one don't realize that all of a sudden BAM! Your life can be changed forever.
Some people don't like the government telling us what to do more and more these days, such as by creating seat belt laws. But if it saves lives, I say it's worth it.

Those who hit and then run commit an impulsive act.
But that should make no difference when judges sentence convicted hit - and - run criminals.
I say what difference does it make if it's impulsive or pre - meditated?

Child molesters rarely get better,even with treatment. Hence, they should not be allowed back into society once convicted.
Most citizens realize this. So why can't lawmakers?
I guess they're tied down by the Constitution, which states that the punishment should fit the crime.
