Good for these folks for start a business that they must love. Three things really hit me about this article. 1 There is such a thing as a doggy daycare 2 The new implies there are other doggy daycares 3 The name "Doggone Fun Doggy Daycare and Boarding Facility" that is one heck of a name. Good for you guys I hope you get alot of business.

The professionals have to

The professionals have to worry about the patient's safety, their safety, and the safety of people around the area. Someone that can't "think clearly" usually can't control themselves (otherwise the professional would not be there) so the professional has to control them. If you think " medication, along with compassion, empathy and more understanding" will work then try that and don't call the professionals.

Well Carolyn its been awhile

Well Carolyn its been awhile since evolution class but didn't humans evolve from apes because of eating more protein (meat) which grew the brains of what we have today. You say "human body is designed for plants not for meat". I thought most all animals eat both meat and plants. A coyote will eat plants and deer will eat meat. A good mix of meat and plants is healthy, I have met a few vegans and they always seemed to have the flu or some sickness. This is not the first time I have heard that a vegan diet is healthier. I always pointed out the fact (to vegans) that "Mother's Milk" is an animal by product and normal human babies are designed for "Mother's Milk".

I like how you say "I am not against sustenance hunting" and then explain why you think people don't meat to live.

I am sure I have never read your blogger. Reason why I say that is because all the "Anti" websites I have read have been put out by complete idiots and you don't seem like that. :)

Also I don't bowhunt, nothing against bowhunting it is just too hot that time of year for me. I firearm hunt with the gun my dad bought me as a kid so I would say it is cost efficient.

With that I bid you good bye. After tonight and tomorrow early morning I probably won't be on the site before Feb. 1st. I have ice fishing and beaver trapping to do and won't be around my computer. So I leave you with this final idea. Why don't we (our groups) agree to disagree or I am going to start PETT (People for the Ethical Treatment of Tofu). ;)

Carolyn, here is the problem

Carolyn, here is the problem with me checking out your blogger. I won't go to any anti-hunting sites for similar reasons you won't go out with a hunter. So I suggest a compromise, you come up to Maine to go hunting with me for a week and I will read everyone of your blogs during that week.

IF@W (our DNR) has created expanded archery zones for areas that the deer population is too high for the natural food sources. The deer are eating anything which leads to deer feeding in urban areas. A high deer population in a high human populated area leads to starvation, property destroyed, wildlife harassment (pets), car deer crash and etc. By creating the expanded archery zones IF@W doesn't have to issue "starving deer tags".

Just to clarify, I am not a horn hunter. I hunt to put meat in the freezer which means I take the first legal deer I see. The only deer that gets a free pass by me is a doe with yearlings. Although my family would not starve if I didn't get my deer (after all it does happen) it helps. Just like when a person buys a no-name item just to save 5 cents, every bit helps. Plus it is nice eating something that is not filled with drugs. Finally, any person that I know that has both deer and beef, likes the taste of deer better.
