With all respect, Mark, LD1719 would have been funded with tobacco settlement funds, not tax dollars. LD1809 costs nothing, and may actually save public money in that government would have greater say in how electronic records are managed. And LD1858 meets Maine's constitutional requirement to balance the budget. Is that a waste of time?
