If you're going to vote for

If you're going to vote for and support Romney then you might as well support Obama because if Romney becomes the nominee there is no way on God's green Earth he will have the votes to beat him.

Another 4 years of Obama is something the country can not afford but even if Romney was pull out a miracle and beat Obama his policies are/will be almost identical so the real losers here are the American people.

I think you need to do some

I think you need to do some more research on this issue.

Wow I would've thought that

Wow I would've thought that the Lewiston fire Chief would be much more knowledgeable on the new fireworks law than he is.

New Hampshire's fireworks laws are quite similar to Maine's
Although NH allows the sale and use of Re-Loadable Mortars.
Maine will not allow their sale, although according to the state Fire Marshall's office if you have them then you can use them in Maine.
As far as Bottle Rockets, and Sky Rockets, NH just like Maine does not allow them. Firecrackers however are not allowed in NH but will be available in Maine. So LeClair is incorrect when he says that items bought out of state won't necessarily be legal here.

Now I'm not sure why Leclair is concerned about high power aerial devices. These are Professional grade or 1.3g NOT consumer grade or 1.4g fireworks and are not available for sale to normal consumers in NH or Maine.

Sounds to me like the Lewsiton Fire department as well as other departments across the state have some studying to do
