If you are here in the U.S. legally there should be no problem with carrying your papers. If you cannot produce registration papers when you apply for a driver's license or for welfare assistance, than you don't need a drivers license of welfare assist. These are benefits afforded to legal residents not for illegal residents. If you see this as racial profiling, well, I guess thats just the way you see it.

And his defense is the Desert Storm War that happened 20 years ago! Give me a break. He's just a petty thief, now trying to use his military experience as a scape goat for his bad behavior.... Send him to prison...
