I was born in the Dominican Republic in 1958, moved to Lewiston in july 1974. after attending LHS served in the USAR for a few years then started working at various places around L.A. In 1987 (during the strike) started working at International Paper Co, in Jay (now Verso Paper Corp). I'm still there now.
I've been married three times and now live in Turner.

this are all warning signs, clearly he want's to get locked up because he realizes how unstable he is, why wait until he does something really bad?? either get the guy some help or lock him up, but don't just let him out on the streets.

since he didn't have a license, then he didn't have auto insurance, this makes it very inconvenient for the other party. THE KID IS AN IDIOT!!
