The time frame is NOT acceptable! I have known of people that have been laid off for the summer and by the time they have their fact finding review scheduled, they are due to come back to work. What good does that do? Yes, they will get the past weeks that they filed but by then it could be dreadful for that person who still has to pay bills. She did call her house rep and did receive a call from the umemployment office within a couple of days but that doesn't help everyone! They really need to do something more feasible!!! Some people are not out of work because they choose to be!!!
