It would be a public service for you to post a detailed account of your monthly shopping list and a menu plan for the month using those ingredients! Many people just don't understand how a $60 per week food budget can stretch so far, and would love to repeat your success.
I don't know anything about ATVs but was wondering why more of them don't have roll bars?
Rather than blaming rich people, government, the tax system etc., I would like to see a hands-on article showing a detailed shopping list, followed by meals and recipes that would include nutritional info, for a week's worth of food for a family of 4 on a very limited budget that would reflect living on public assistance. I believe it is possible to squeak by but we need more than "cooking classes," which not everyone can attend.
