NEW YORK, N.Y. — The wedding of Christy Webster and Edward Thomas Dunn Jr. was held on the evening of Nov. 7 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Manhattan. A friend of the couple, the Rev. Jack Maloney officiated the ceremony.
Mrs. Webster Dunn is the daughter of Arlon Webster of Lewiston and Wendy Webster of Auburn. Mr. Dunn is the son of Edward and Cynthia Dunn of Wakefield, Mass.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a strapless gown of ivory silk satin with antique beading along the waist. She carried a bouquet of dark purple Calla lilies and dahlias.
Sister of the bride, Meghan Webster of Boston, served as the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were friends of the bride Elizabeth Gaskell, Kathryn Rubino, Patricia Kinnicutt and Theresa Nguyen, and sister of the bridegroom, Carolyn Dunn. Mia Jorgensen was the flower girl.
Serving as the best man was Edward Dunn, father of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Jason Rich, Joseph Patrice, Subir Jajoo, Brian Crane and Nannon Hu, all friends of the brodegroom. Ryan Jorgensen was the ring bearer.
A reception followed at Twenty Four Fifth Avenue in Greenwich Village, after which the couple departed for a European honeymoon. They are residing in New York, N.Y.
The bride is a graduate of Hebron Academy and the University of Rochester. She is currently employed as the corporate legal director at a design firm in Manhattan and serves as the debate coach for the United States Military Academy at West Point.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Wakefield High School and Dartmouth College. He is currently an investment banker at Thomas Weisel Partners in midtown Manhattan.
