Nick Lawler, a 2003 graduate of Edward Little High School, was awarded a bachelor of arts degree in government and legal studies, with a concentration in American government, at Bowdoin College’s 202nd commencement.

While at Bowdoin Lawler was a member of the Polar Bear basketball and baseball teams, being a four-year starter in baseball. As an infielder, he set school records for the most doubles in a season and the most doubles in a career, as well as being the career leader for hit-by-pitch.

Lawler has recently accepted a position in New York City at the public relations firm of Sard Verbinnen as a junior associate. He is the son of Anne and Dennis Lawler of Auburn and the grandson of Regina Lawler of Lewiston.
